Lighthouse Strategies names former Harvest Health and Recreation COO and PepsiCo Executive Ron Goodson as President and CEO 

Lighthouse Strategies announces today the appointment of Ron Goodson as President and Chief Executive Officer of the portfolio management company. With over three decades of senior leadership experience within the food, beverage, and consumer goods industry, Mr. Goodson will work closely in assisting Lighthouse’s significant growth plans across all business units and brands within their respective portfolios.

As former President and COO of Verano Holdings and recently COO for Harvest Health and Recreation (HRVSF), Mr. Goodson played a key role in both company’s rapid growth and scale-out within the highly regulated cannabis industry.  During his tenure at PepsiCo, he led the Southwest Market, one of the United States' largest market units. He successfully integrated several independent bottlers through acquisitions, expanded case volume, revenue, operating profit, spearheaded all new product development and market execution while improving costs and productivity. Mr. Goodson has been an influential and insightful contributing executive board member of Lighthouse Strategies for over a year, and this transition will be smooth and seamless.

Mr. Goodson has the rare combination of expertise in senior management operations within the food and beverage industry, as well as working within a highly regulated industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Goodson has specialized in sales, operations, product development, legislative/lobbyist work, acquisitions, forecasting, marketing, and employee recruiting, recognition, and retention.
